Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Atelier Noir website and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies posted on the site. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement to place an order; a parent or guardian must place an order for a minor where required by law.
Products, pricing, and availability
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately. Colors may vary by screen. Product details, stock, prices, promotions, and shipping availability may change. Prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you submit an order.
Orders and payment
An order submission is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send an acceptance or shipment notice, or otherwise confirm acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for an unavailable item, payment issue, suspected fraud, material pricing or listing error, or other legitimate fulfillment reason. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the refund required by law. Please contact us promptly if you need to request a change; changes may not be possible after processing or dispatch.

You are responsible for providing accurate order information and protecting your account credentials. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or violate another person's rights. The site and its text, photographs, product pages, designs, and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Atelier Noir and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the site for personal shopping. Other copying, distribution, commercial use, or creation of derivative works requires permission from the rights holder.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties that may be disclaimed for the site and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or an order. Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim concerning an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.
These limits do not exclude or limit liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited, or any non-waivable consumer rights or remedies.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state where we have our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you remain in effect. Subject to those mandatory rights, the courts located in state and federal courts with jurisdiction over our principal place of business will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms or the site.
