Order processing and delivery estimates
In-stock orders are usually processed 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Estimated transit time is Typically 3-7 business days after dispatch; remote areas and holidays may take longer. Pre-order or made-to-order items follow the estimated dispatch date shown on the product page. Holidays, sales events, carrier delays, severe weather, and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.
Any shipment time clearly stated when you place an order applies. If no shipment time is stated, we will ship within the timeframe required by applicable law, which under the Federal Trade Commission's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule is generally 30 days after receipt of a properly completed order. If we cannot meet the applicable shipment time, we will provide the notice and cancellation/refund options required by law.
Shipping charges, taxes, and customs
Shipping charges and the order total are displayed at checkout before you place the order. Applicable U.S. sales or use taxes will be calculated and collected where required. For cross-border shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges may be assessed by authorities and may be the recipient's responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Tracking, addresses, and delivery issues
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information after dispatch. Please check your delivery details before paying. Contact us promptly if your tracking has not updated, a parcel is marked delivered but is missing, or the parcel arrives visibly damaged. Keep the packaging and photographs if an item or parcel is damaged.
Extra delivery, return, or re-shipment costs caused by an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery, or refusal may be charged where permitted by law and disclosed at checkout. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
